Terms of Use

What this site is

Bristol Subsidence Specialists is a lead-generation and introduction service. We do not carry out subsidence surveys, underpinning, resin injection, slab lifting, void filling or any other physical works ourselves. When you submit an enquiry, we pass your details to a fully qualified, approved subsidence professional operating in your area who will then contact you directly to discuss your situation and, if appropriate, quote for and carry out any works.

Acceptance

By using this website and/or submitting an enquiry form, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.

Our role

  • We collect your enquiry and introduce you to an approved third-party specialist who is qualified to help with subsidence-related issues at your property.
  • We do not provide professional structural, engineering, surveying, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any information on this site is general guidance only.
  • We are not party to any contract you subsequently enter into with the specialist. Any survey, report, quotation, contract and works are entirely between you and that specialist.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm that the information you submit (name, full address, contact details, comments etc.) is accurate and that you are entitled to share it with us.
  • You consent, via the tick-box on the form, to your details being passed to an approved specialist for the purpose of contacting you about your enquiry.
  • You will satisfy yourself as to the suitability, qualifications, insurance and pricing of any specialist before instructing them.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from the works, advice, conduct, omissions or any contract between you and a specialist we introduce you to. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, branding) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
