Customer Projects Coordinator
About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Projects Coordinator to manage relationships between homeowners, subsidence specialists, and insurance providers. You'll be the key point of contact throughout the customer journey, ensuring smooth project coordination from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries and match homeowners with appropriate specialists
- Coordinate surveys, assessments, and repair projects across the Bristol region
- Liaise with insurance companies and loss adjusters on claims
- Maintain detailed records and follow up on project progress
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the process
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in customer service, project coordination, or property/construction sectors (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Empathy and patience when dealing with stressed homeowners
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
