RESIN INJECTION

Cutting-edge geopolymer resin injection technology — the modern, minimally invasive alternative to traditional underpinning.

WHAT IS RESIN INJECTION?

Resin injection is a modern ground engineering technique that uses expanding geopolymer resin to stabilise foundations, fill voids, lift settled structures, and improve ground conditions. It's the core technology behind most of our residential solutions — faster, cleaner, and less disruptive than traditional methods.

HOW IT WORKS

Two-component geopolymer resin is mixed and injected through small tubes inserted into pre-drilled holes. The resin expands rapidly underground, filling voids, displacing water, compressing loose soils, and — where needed — lifting settled structures. The reaction is controlled and monitored in real-time using laser levels.

KEY BENEFITS

Minimally invasive — holes as small as 16mm diameter
Rapid treatment — most homes completed in a single day
No excavation, no heavy machinery, no mess
Immediate results — structures stabilised the same day
Environmentally friendly — inert, non-toxic materials
Precise control with real-time laser monitoring

OUR PROCESS

1

Pre-Treatment Survey

Structural and level survey to map the extent of movement and plan injection locations.

2

Setup

Equipment positioned and injection holes drilled through floors, paths, or externally.

3

Injection

Two-part resin mixed at the injection point and pumped under controlled pressure.

4

Real-Time Monitoring

Laser levels track ground and structure response, ensuring precise control throughout.

5

Quality Check

Post-treatment level survey confirms targets achieved.

6

Handover

Site restored, holes patched, and full treatment report provided.

IDEAL FOR

Subsidence repair without traditional underpinning
Foundation stabilisation for all property types
Void filling beneath floors and foundations
Slab and driveway lifting and re-levelling
Ground improvement on weak or compressible soils
Properties where access or disruption is a concern
