SLAB LIFTING & RE-LEVELLING
Precision slab lifting and re-levelling to correct sunken, cracked, or uneven concrete floors without costly replacement.
WHAT IS SLAB LIFTING & RE-LEVELLING?
Slab lifting (also called slab jacking) is a technique to raise and re-level sunken concrete floors, paths, and slabs. Rather than breaking out and replacing settled concrete, expanding resin is injected beneath the slab to lift it back to its original level with millimetre precision.
HOW IT WORKS
Small holes (typically 16mm diameter) are drilled through the sunken concrete slab. Expanding polyurethane resin is injected beneath the slab, filling any voids and then gently lifting the concrete back to level. Laser monitoring ensures precise levelling. The holes are then patched and the slab is immediately load-bearing.
KEY BENEFITS
OUR PROCESS
Level Survey
Precise laser survey to map the current floor levels and calculate the required lift.
Hole Drilling
Small 16mm holes drilled through the slab at strategic injection points.
Resin Injection
Expanding resin injected under the slab, filling voids and gently lifting the concrete.
Level Monitoring
Real-time laser monitoring ensures precise levelling to within millimetres.
Finishing
Injection holes neatly patched. The slab is immediately ready for use.
